豊な水と造り手の想いから生まれるオリジナルのお酒
奥飛騨酒造（旧高木酒造）は、1720年江戸時代の享保5年に創業し、これまで約300年以上にわたって伝統を守り、飛騨金山町で酒造りを営んできました。この地域は飛騨と美濃の境にあたり、馬瀬川と益田川に挟まれ一年中豊かな水に囲まれています。奥飛騨酒造の仕込み水は、良質の中硬水です。金山町には天然鮎やイワナの生棲する馬瀬川と益田川が交錯し、そこには飛騨の深山からの雪解け水が流れ込んでいます。
Original sake born from abundant water and the feelings of the kuramoto
Okuhida Brewery (Takagi Brewery) was founded in 1720 in the 5th year of Kyoho in the Edo period, and has maintained its tradition for more than 300 years and has been brewing sake in Hida Kanayama Town.This area is on the border between Hida and Mino, and is surrounded by abundant water all year round, sandwiched between the Maze River and the Masuda River.
