SIX CLOVES WINES(シックス・クローヴズ・ワインズ)は、アメリカ・カリフォルニアで日本人女性醸造家、平林園枝(ひらばやしそのえ)氏が手がけるワインブランド。祖父の実家が味噌醤油問屋、祖母が造り酒屋の生まれで、幼少期から発酵というものに親しんで育った平林氏。成人後、ニューヨークで商社勤務のキャリアを積んでいた時にワインの魅力に惹かれ、醸造家の道を志すことに。カリフォルニア大学デービス校で醸造学を学び、ナパ、ニュージーランド、チリのワイナリーで経験を積んだ後、2018年にシックス・ クローヴズ・ワインズを設立しました。

SIX CLOVES WINES is a wine brand based in California, USA, led by Japanese winemaker Sonoe Hirabayashi. Born into a family where her grandfather ran a miso and soy sauce wholesaler and her grandmother ran a sake brewery, Ms. Hirabayashi grew up familiar with fermentation from a young age. As an adult, while building her career at a trading company in New York, she was drawn to the allure of wine and decided to pursue a career as a winemaker. After studying oenology at the University of California, Davis, and gaining experience at wineries in Napa, New Zealand, and Chile, she founded Six Cloves Wines in 2018.
