〈Gold medal in the Premium Daiginjo category at the Wineglass Delicious Sake Awards 2020.〉〈Honor Award in the Ginjo-shu category at the 2008 Nagoya Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Competition for the third year in a row〉This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made by carefully polishing the Hyogo-produced "Yamadanishiki" sake rice to 40% in-house and brewing it with soft water from the Mikane Mountains. This product was entered in the 2016 National New Sake Competition held jointly by the National Sake Brewers Association of Japan and the National Institute of Brewers of Japan. Please take your time to enjoy the authentic taste of the sake. When the room temperature exceeds 15℃, it tastes better if it is cooled down a little.

〈平成30年度名古屋国税局酒類鑑評会吟醸酒の部　優等賞（3年連続）〉このお酒は、兵庫県産酒造米「山田錦」を４０％まで丁寧に自家精米し、三ヶ根山麓の軟水で醸造した純米大吟醸酒です。本品は、独立行政法人酒類総合研究所と日本酒造組合中央会との共催により開催された平成２８酒造年度全国新酒鑑評会出品酒です。出品酒ならではの本物の味をじっくりとお楽しみください。室温が１５℃を超えた時は少し冷やすと美味しくなります。
