創業明治２０年より、萩の山里で造っている小さな蔵「八千代酒造」は、自社田で減農薬栽培した山田錦と、昔から流れる井戸水で『農醸一貫』をテーマに自分達でしか醸せないドメーヌ蔵を目指しています。
